Too good to be true?

I have this widget that updates me on the lowest gas price around. Lately it’s been telling me that at Best Buy Gas, 296 Cambridge St., gas is only $2.17 a gallon.
The problem is, I can’t find this place. It registers on Google maps and on my GPS as a real address, but I can never find it.
Does this place exist? If so, why can’t I see it?

$2.17! Isn’t the average around $2.55 now? $2.17 sounds like 99 cents right about now.
