Penguin sighted

Another reason why living in Brighton is so great: where else can you come home at night and see a penguin walking down your street. It happened to me last night. Ok, it wasn’t a real penguin — just a guy dressed up as a penguin. But still — it’s not Halloween. David Harris, I think this beats your “guy walking down the street and shaving” for odd sightings in the neighborhood.

    Why did I ever move? I’m actually considering doing periodic postings about all the characters I used to see when I lived in Allston.

    You know, I’m not sure that it would have been any more surprising to me if it had been a real penguin.

    Yes, it does beat my story about the guy shaving. I will have to top that penguin guy somehow.
