I didn’t realize Allston night life died when I moved

That’s how I felt last night when I was trying to park on Kelton Street, anyway.

In no way am I the world’s best parker. Sometimes, it takes me a few tries as I just taught myself how to parallel park less than a year ago. Parking on Kelton Street makes it even more difficult because there is parking on both sides of the street along with two way traffic.

Anyway, last night I was very pumped to find a spot in visitor parking by my friends’ building. Per usual, I was having some difficulties parking and that was compounded by the two people sitting in their car behind me watching the whole thing.

These people were not smooching after a date or chatting. They were just sitting there. They weren’t even waiting for a friend because the car only had two seats. With all the bars, restaurants, and live music Allston has to offer, why couldn’t these two find anything better to do?
