Running will be in the rain

It just started raining and from here in the office it looks like there’s some sleet mixed in. It won’t be too different on Monday when the Boston Marathon once again happens — rain or shine — and according to most weather sources it’s supposed to be in the forties, rainy *and* windy. Wonder what our local marathon runners are thinking about that and how their getting ready. We’ve got many, I’m sure, and one of them — Gardner School teacher Stephanie Blake will be featured in tomorrow’s TAB. Two — Erin Fitzpatrick and Janelle Tribble — appear in our People section. Both are running on behalf of Children’s Hospital. I guess, come Monday, they’ll all see who their most loyal supporters are — the folks who are willing to take on the weather and stand outside along the Marathon route.
