Update to story about shocked man

I have just received some interesting info about the man who caused the power outage last week in Allston. Apparently the police and NSTAR were wrong to imply that he was up to something nefarious. Friends and family of the victim have told me that he innocently touched whatever was sticking out of the cable and did not have any idea that it would lead to him being seriously injured. NSTAR may even be at fault for not properly protecting the cable. We hope to post a story about these new developments soon.
