If you’re going to check out Shakespeare on the Common next week, make sure you check out these performers with A-B ties:

Students from the Horace Mann School for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing will be performing on July 28 and Shelley Bolman of Brighton will play Snug in ”A Midsummer Night’s Dream” as part of Shakespeare on the Common, running from July 24-29.

What’s really upsetting to me is that Shakespeare on the Common this year lasts only one week! This is one of my favorite things to do during the summer in Boston and it used to go for several weeks. Taming of the Shrew was such a great show last year, I almost went to see it twice. I guess I will just have to make sure I find a free evening next week to go see this year’s edition.
