A Brighton man was sentenced to six months in jail and more than two years of probation for participating in the group beat-down and stabbing of a man at an Orange Line subway station.
Darren Hemingway, 18, pleaded guilty in Charlestown municipal court last week to two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, according to a press release from Suffolk County District Attorney Daniel F. Conley.
