Maybe the MCAS math test should be required for Pike honchos

Last week, the Mass Turnpike board approved a 25 cent increase at the Weston and Allston tolls and a 50 cent increase at the Sumner and Ted Williams tunnels, believing it would generate the approximately $24 million needed to meet rising debt obligations.
But yesterday, Pike brass admitted that, whoops, consultants made a $6 million to $9 million miscalculation of projected toll revenues.
