What’s a Christkindlmarkt?

Well, it’s just like it sounds. A Christkindlmarkt is a traditional German Christmas fair, and we’ve got one right in Allston this Saturday.

The German International School will host a Christmas fair complete with German food, crafts, baked goods and music at the former St. Anthony’s School, 57 Holton St., from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. A lot of the events will be outside, and it looks like a chilly 33 degrees with high winds on Saturday, so bundle up.
