Just got a press release about this:

A “Connect to Health” enrollment event takes place Wednesday, Dec. 5, 4-7:30 p.m. at the Kells, 161 Brighton Ave., Allston. Learn about the new state law requiring all adults to have health insurance; learn about available plans and how to sign up for them. Sen. Tolman and Reps. Honan and Moran will attend, and the Joseph M. Smith Community Health Center, St. E’s and the Boston Public Health Commission will send enrollment experts.
Adults who do not have health insurance this year will lose their personal exemption worth $219 when they file their next state tax return. Higher penalties begin Jan. 1.
