Undergrad housing lawsuit filed

The lawsuit challenging a new Boston ordinance limiting the number of undergraduates who can live together to four has finally been filed. Here’s the Boston Herald story. The plaintiffs are four landlords, Michael Rosenberg, Anthony Dimeo, Lazarus Pavlidis, and Lloyd Rosenthal as well as Boston College student Jessica Luccio.
