Landlords criticized for trash violations

City Councilor Michael Ross says the landlords who are challenging a city regulation he championed have often been cited for trash violations, the Boston Herald reports.
The regulation in question would limit the number of undergraduate students living together in a single housing unit to four.
Joining the landlords in the lawsuit is Boston College student Jessica Luccio.
