Health scholarship deadline coming up

The members of the Caritas St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center Emergency Department Task Force announce the availability of a community scholarship. This scholarship is for Brighton and Allston residents admitted to health care-related higher educational programs. In order to be eligible for this scholarship, all applicants must be residents of Allston or Brighton for a minimum of five years with proven resident documentation. All applicants must be accepted to an accredited college or university with the purpose to pursue a career in medicine. Deadline for this application is July 18.
Scholarship applications are available at the Brighton Main Streets offices 358 Washington St. Brighton, or call 617 779 9200 to have an application mailed or e-mailed.
