Brighton cop could get fired
A patrol officer assigned to Brighton’s District 14 has been placed on administrative leave and could face disciplinary action up to and including possible termination, according to Boston police. More soon.
Third suspect sought in Brighton party stabbing
Police have two suspects in custody in connection with an early Saturday morning stabbing at a house party at 20 Dustin Street in Brighton but are searching for a third suspect who remains at large.

Stabbing suspect expected to survive
A victim of a triple-stabbing at a party in Brighton this weekend initially suffered what appeared to be life-threatening injuries, but is now expected to survive, according to Jake Wark, spokesman for the Suffolk County District Attorney. The suspects are being arraigned today.
Graffiti vandal arrested in Brighton
Boston Police have arrested a man they saw spray-painting the sidewall of Burritos on Fire at 172 Brighton Ave shortly after midnight Friday, Nov. 21, according to BPDnews. The officers reportedly found three cans of spray paint on the suspect including one of blue paint that matched the graffiti on the Burritos on Fire wall.

The victim in the fatal early Sunday morning crash on Soldiers Field Road has been identified as Michael Riley, 19, of Cambridge, according to the Suffolk DA’s office.
Boston College student struck by train
A Boston College student wearing headphones walked in front of a moving green line trolley this morning, boston.com reports. The student reportedly suffered head and facial injuries but was conscious and talking when he was transported to the hospital.
