Dunkin’ Donuts sign is coming down

The Dunkin’ Donuts sign at the corner of North Beacon and Market may be coming down, WBZ and boston.com report. But the sign is more than 50 years old and some say it’s historically significant and should be saved.

Mmmm… sushi and gentrification

Gentrification has moved into Cleveland Circle. A restaurant serving “Fine Japanese cuisine” and sushi is moving into the space that used to be a so-so Chinese restaurant — next to the always- hopping BC hangout Roggie’s — on Chestnut Hill Avenue. A peek inside reveals a really nice, posh place.
