The Acton Sidewalk Committee is working hard to build consensus regarding where new sidewalks should go in town.
And at Town Meeting last week, residents expressed their displeasure with a plan for a Main Street sidewalk.

OK, for the first time in my memory Town Meeting spanned four nights over two weeks. The meetings each ran close to four hours. And the number of residents dwindled each evening.
