Hold the victory celebration, it’s a tie! Clinton Town Clerk Phil Boyce has told the Times & Courier that after hand counting ballots that didn’t go through the machine last night Rebecca Stahl hit a dead tie with Clifford Thompson for a seat on the Planning Board. Absentee ballots have already been added in. But there are six provisional ballots yet to be counted that could make the difference.
