Tomorrow’s front page leads with the Leprechaun Parade and Convention last weekend, a great community event in Clinton. We’ve got tons of photos, a brief piece on one of the shillelagh award winners — he came all the way from Ireland for this — and an editorial thanking Edward Sheridan and his wee helpers for a wonderful afternoon.
For news, don’t miss our coverage of Sterling residents’ fight to keep Nestle off Wekepeke water — even though Nestle hasn’t even submitted a bid for the water yet. Also, we’ve got an update on new faces in the selectmen’s races in Clinton and Lancaster.
Two items came in just at deadline and also deserve a look this week, and probably a deeper look next week. First, there’s the news that Hannaford leaked credit card information from its shoppers. We’ve got a news brief in the print edition and our sister papers The MetroWest Daily News and The Patriot Ledger have more information on shoppers’ reactions and what to do next if you’re affected.
We’ve also got a brief on Atlantic Union College’s academic accreditation being put on probation. We’ll have more next week.
