Just returned from my weigh-in with friend Linda. My, that was a sobering experience for both of us. That’s probably the first time in 2 years I’ve gotten on a scale. I usually just go by how my clothes fit, which at the moment they don’t. Yikes! We’ve got a ways to go. Oh well, it’s a start!

JK … we’re all really winners. Congratulations to all for joining the Fall River Fitness Challenge and pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Team Herald News — at least some of its members — will be headed for weigh-in Monday at CDRec. Wish us luck! If anyone has any advice, please leave a comment.
