On Saturday, Sept. 29, there will be a benefit for the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer  at the Arlington Sons of Italy from 7 p.m. to midnight. The event is being held in memory of Karen O’Leary.

Motion passes

after a pretty intense debate..the motion passed 4-to-3 to form a subcommittee to negotiate contract renewal with Superintendent Nate Levenson.
Denise Burns, Sean Garballey, and Joe Curran voted no, Susan Lovelace, Ron Spangler, Jeff Thielman and Sue Sheffler voted yes.
