Apparently, these kids were so well behaved, Kim Holt told School Committee members on Tuesday that they have been invited back next year. Not just that, they may be able to bring as many as 30 or 40 people. AND, they tentatively could be flag bearers at next year’s United Nations Peace Day.

Two new stories up
A new development in the No Place For Hate/Anti-Defamation League situation occured at the Board of Selectmen meeting last night.
Selectmen also voted on the Local Initiative Program application after delaying the vote for weeks.

An elite class, to say the least..
Just in case you missed this article, there’s a bit of research going on about the Arlington High School class of 1966. From what I’ve heard, they have much to be proud of, as many well established individuals graduated that year. Keep an eye out for more information.
Update on the heroin arrest
The New Hampshire guy that was busted with heroin on him plead not guilty Tuesday during his arraignment according to Police Chief Frederick Ryan. The case was then “put over” to Oct. 25 for a pre-trial conference.
As for bail? Set at $1,000 cash according to Ryan. As of Wednesday morning, he was still in custody.
